Do both sections "DNA Replication" and "Protein Synthesis"

Answer the questions as best you can. The boxes will expand as you type if you need more space. (Don't worry if it is a one word answer. The box size is standard.)

If you can't get shockwave to work, just say so, and answer the questions 1 & 3  as best you can.

Question 1:  Where does DNA replication take place?

Question 2: What feature of DNA replication doesn't this simulation illustrate?

Question 3: Where in the cell does transcription take place? Where does translation (actual protein synthesis) take place?

Question 4. What is the primary protein sequence you have made in the simulation? Do you notice any similarities to the sequence from the DNAi site?
